A podcast at the intersection of wellness, entrepreneurship and creativity — filmed in the sauna. No phones. No distractions. Just heat and honesty.
Meat Me in the Sauna is where Toronto's tastemakers, movers, and makers come together to get real — literally. We believe the best conversations happen in the heat, so we bring our guests into the sauna to sweat, chat, and share stories that wouldn't happen anywhere else.
Part wellness, part social experiment, and 100% authentic — it's all about connection, recovery, and uncovering the stories behind the people shaping Toronto's culture.
Filmed at RCVRI Toronto, Canada's first performance wellness studio at 8 Mercer Street.
You can't hide in the heat. Guests leave their curated answers at the door and actually talk.
Science backs it — heat stress lowers cortisol and loosens inhibition. It's the world's best truth serum.
The sauna at RCVRI is where Toronto's best are already going. We just put a mic in the room.
A platform for the city's most driven people to share what actually got them there. Real talk, real city.
"The best conversations happen when you can't look at your phone and the room is 90 degrees."

"The one who is most critical of you is yourself."
"I move as fast as my happiness allows me."

Colin Hubley is the founder and host of Meat Me in the Sauna, where he takes Toronto's tastemakers, entrepreneurs, athletes, and thought leaders for candid, sweat-soaked conversations at RCVRI Toronto.
He's also the co-owner of STRONG Pilates Little Italy and Liberty Village and managing partner of RCVRI Toronto, Canada's first performance wellness studio — helping everyone from athletes to everyday movers recover faster with saunas, hot/cold contrast therapy, red light, PEMF, and compression therapy at 8 Mercer Street.
When he's not building wellness experiences, Colin is a Building Automation Specialist and founder of Niagara Systems Inc. Bold, curious, and always up for a challenge — Colin brings energy, insight, and a little heat wherever he goes.

Ashley Haraburda is the co-founder of Meat Me in the Sauna — alongside her husband and resident host, Colin Hubley. While Colin keeps things hot and social, Ashley is the force behind the scenes shaping the experience, brand, and community.
She is also the co-owner of STRONG Pilates Little Italy and Liberty Village, and managing partner and co-owner of RCVRI Toronto. A former dancer turned marketing and PR professional, Ashley spent much of her career with The National Ballet of Canada before stepping into entrepreneurship.

Passionate about movement, health, and building spaces people want to return to, Ashley brings equal parts energy, intention, and edge to everything she does.

Demi Adeleye-Olusae is the co-founder and creative lens of Meat Me in the Sauna — capturing every moment of heat, honesty, and connection inside the sauna.
As the visual voice of the brand, Demi is responsible for the cinematic quality that makes every episode feel like more than just a podcast. He turns raw, sweaty conversations into content that stops the scroll and keeps people coming back.
His eye for storytelling, framing, and atmosphere is what sets Meat Me in the Sauna apart — because the way something looks shapes whether people actually listen.

María Rodríguez is originally from Colombia and the powerhouse behind STRONG Pilates Little Italy as Studio Manager. With a background in Public Relations, she knows how to craft stories, build community, and keep everything running smoothly.

Organized, energetic, and always ready to keep things moving, she's an essential part of making every sauna session memorable.
"I found the spiritual side of things in the practice of training for fighting."
